1. Order Confirmation

Once your order is received, you will receive an order confirmation email.

After your order has been verified, we will immediately begin preparing your items for shipment. Due to our fast processing system, it may be difficult to modify or cancel an order after confirmation. However, we will do our best to assist you.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order.

APO/FPO/DPO Shipping

We apologize that we are currently unable to deliver orders to military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

2. Order Processing

Our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order processing generally takes:

1–3 business days

after the order has been received and payment has been verified.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time may be processed on the following business day, provided all items are in stock.

3. Shipping Time

Craftkn offers international shipping services to customers worldwide.

Please note that shipping availability may vary depending on the destination. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you directly.

USA, Central & South America:

Australia & New Zealand:

Please note:

  • Shipping times do not include order processing time.

  • Maximum delivery time: 60 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Buyer Protection – Shop With Confidence

If your order has not arrived within 60 business days after shipment, we will consider the package potentially lost in transit.

In this situation, Craftkn will provide assistance by offering either:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A refund solution after reviewing the order status

Please note that exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, as final delivery is handled by shipping carriers.

4. Delivery Information

1) Order Address Confirmation

After payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Please carefully review your shipping address.

Craftkn is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. Any related costs may be the customer's responsibility.

2) Tracking Information Update

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information usually updates within:

2–5 business days

after shipment.

If no tracking information appears after 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.

3) Damaged Items Solution

If your order arrives damaged or unusable due to shipping issues, please contact us within:

48 hours after receiving your package

Please provide photos or videos showing the issue.

After verification, we may provide:

  • Free replacement shipment, or

  • Refund assistance

Late claims may not be accepted.

4) Delivered But Missing Package

Once the tracking system confirms successful delivery, any loss, theft, or missing package caused by third-party handling, local pickup, or other circumstances after delivery confirmation is beyond our responsibility.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly to request further assistance or compensation.

5) After-Sales Time Limit

If you have not received your order, please contact us within:

2 months after shipment

Our customer service team will respond and assist you within 48 hours.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

6) Pre-Shipment Quality Guarantee

Before shipment, all products undergo quality inspection and careful packaging to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

5. Customs, Taxes & Duties

In most cases, customers will not be charged additional fees for standard deliveries.

Many regions, including:

  • United States

  • Europe

  • Australia

  • Taiwan

  • Hong Kong

  • South Korea

  • Japan

  • Singapore

typically do not require additional import duties.

However, due to different customs regulations and inspection policies, some orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or tariffs.

Certain regions may occasionally charge customs fees, including:

  • Thailand

  • India

If customs fees are charged, please keep the official payment receipt and contact our customer service team.

After verification, Craftkn may assist with covering 50% of the eligible customs fee.
